AN  ACT to amend the railroad law, in relation to the prohibition of the
  use of passenger trains without conductors in certain circumstances

  THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK, REPRESENTED IN SENATE AND  ASSEM-
BLY, DO ENACT AS FOLLOWS:

  Section  1. The railroad law is amended by adding a new section 109 to
read as follows:
  S 109. USE  OF  PASSENGER  TRAINS  WITHOUT  CONDUCTORS  PROHIBITED  IN
CERTAIN  CIRCUMSTANCES. ANY PASSENGER TRAIN OPERATING WITHOUT THE USE OF
A CONDUCTOR IS PROHIBITED FROM PASSING UNDER ANY BODY OF WATER.
  S 2. This act shall take effect on the thirtieth day  after  it  shall
have become a law.
