JORDAN, CORWIN, HAWLEY, P. LOPEZ, MONTESANO, FINCH -- Multi-Sponsored by -- M. of A. GOODELL -- read once and referred to the Committee on Labor AN ACT to amend the labor law, in relation to the application of the prevailing wage on certain municipal projects THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK, REPRESENTED IN SENATE AND ASSEM- BLY, DO ENACT AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. Paragraph c of subdivision 4 of section 220 of the labor law, as amended by chapter 118 of the laws of 1962, is amended and a new paragraph d is added to read as follows: c. Engineers, electricians and elevator men in the bureau of building management of the office of general services during the annual session of the legislature[.]; D. ANY PUBLIC WORKS PROJECTS WHERE THE FISCAL OFFICER HAS ANTICIPATED A TOTAL COST OF LESS THAN FIVE MILLION DOLLARS. S 2. This act shall take effect immediately.
