TITLE OF BILL: An act to authorize the board of cooperative
educational services for the sole supervisory district of Broome,
Delaware and Tioga counties to convey certain real property acquired

PURPOSE OF BILL: This bill would permit the Broome, Delaware and Tioga
BOCES to convey certain real property acquired by gift.

This bill would allow BOCES for the Sole Supervisory District of

acquired by gift without a public vote.

SUMMARY OF PROVISIONS:

Section 1 allows BOCES for the Sole Supervisory District of Broome,
Delaware and Tioga Counties to convey certain real property acquired
by gift without a public vote.

accordance of the law and will be applied to reduce the capital
portion of the budget for the local BOCES districts in question over a
four year period.

FISCAL IMPLICATIONS: None to the State.

EFFECTIVE DATE: This law shall take effect immediately.
