SKOUFIS, THIELE -- read once and referred to the Committee on Local Governments AN ACT to amend the state finance law, in relation to certain munici- palities receiving state aid THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK, REPRESENTED IN SENATE AND ASSEM- BLY, DO ENACT AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. Subparagraph (viii) of paragraph a of subdivision 10 of section 54 of the state finance law is amended by adding a new clause 3 to read as follows: (3) FOR THE STATE FISCAL YEAR COMMENCING APRIL FIRST, TWO THOUSAND SIXTEEN AND IN EACH STATE FISCAL YEAR THEREAFTER, THE AMOUNT OF MISCEL- LANEOUS FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE FROM THE LOCAL ASSISTANCE ACCOUNT RECEIVED BY A VILLAGE IN THE FISCAL YEAR BEGINNING APRIL FIRST, TWO THOUSAND FIFTEEN. S 2. This act shall take effect immediately. EXPLANATION--Matter in ITALICS (underscored) is new; matter in brackets [ ] is old law to be omitted. LBD04622-01-5
