MORELLE -- read once and referred to the Commit- tee on Health AN ACT to amend chapter 371 of the laws of 2009 amending the public health law relating to the residential care off-site facility demon- stration project, in relation to extending the effectiveness thereof THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK, REPRESENTED IN SENATE AND ASSEM- BLY, DO ENACT AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. Section 2 of chapter 371 of the laws of 2009 amending the public health law relating to the residential care off-site facility demonstration project, as amended by chapter 159 of the laws of 2012, is amended to read as follows: S 2. This act shall take effect immediately and shall expire June 30, [2015] 2018 when upon such date the provisions of this act shall be deemed repealed. S 2. This act shall take effect immediately. EXPLANATION--Matter in ITALICS (underscored) is new; matter in brackets [ ] is old law to be omitted. LBD10821-01-5
