  printed to be committed to the Committee on Investigations and Govern-
  ment Operations

AN ACT to amend chapter 333 of the laws of 2006  amending  the  tax  law
  relating  to  authorizing  the  county of Schoharie to impose a county
  recording tax on obligation secured by a mortgage on real property, in
  relation to extending the effectiveness thereof

  THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK, REPRESENTED IN SENATE AND  ASSEM-
BLY, DO ENACT AS FOLLOWS:

  Section  1.  Section 2 of chapter 333 of the laws of 2006 amending the
tax law relating to authorizing the county  of  Schoharie  to  impose  a
county recording tax on obligation secured by a mortgage on real proper-
ty, as amended by chapter 112 of the laws of 2013, is amended to read as
follows:
  S  2.  This  act shall take effect immediately and shall expire and be
deemed repealed on and after December 1, [2015] 2017.
  S 2. This act shall take effect immediately.
