  printed to be committed to the Committee on Local Government

AN ACT to legalize, validate, ratify and confirm certain actions of  the
  village  of  South  Blooming  Grove  relating  to the operation of the
  former town of Blooming Grove sewer district

  THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK, REPRESENTED IN SENATE AND  ASSEM-
BLY, DO ENACT AS FOLLOWS:

  Section  1.  All actions and proceedings taken by the village of South
Blooming Grove, in the county of Orange, acting by and through its board
of trustees, pursuant to subdivision 6 of section 2-254 of  the  village
law  and subparagraph e of paragraph (ii) of subdivision 1 of section 10
of the municipal home rule law relating to the operation of  the  former
town  of  Blooming Grove sewer district are hereby legalized, validated,
ratified and confirmed.
  S 2. This act shall take effect immediately.
