  and ordered printed, and when printed to be committed to the Committee
  on Rules

AN  ACT  to  amend  the  civil service law, in relation to compensation,
  benefits and other terms and conditions of employment of certain state
  officers and employees; to implement agreements between the state  and
  an  employee  organization; making an appropriation for the purpose of
  effectuating  certain  provisions  thereof;  and  to  repeal   certain
  provisions of the civil service law relating thereto

  THE  PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK, REPRESENTED IN SENATE AND ASSEM-
BLY, DO ENACT AS FOLLOWS:

  Section 1. Subparagraphs 1 and 2 of paragraph c of  subdivision  1  of
section 130 of the civil service law are REPEALED and a new subparagraph
1 is added to read as follows:
  (1)  EFFECTIVE  MARCH  TWENTY-SIXTH, TWO THOUSAND FIFTEEN FOR OFFICERS
AND EMPLOYEES ON THE ADMINISTRATIVE PAYROLL AND EFFECTIVE APRIL  SECOND,
TWO  THOUSAND  FIFTEEN  FOR  OFFICERS AND EMPLOYEES ON THE INSTITUTIONAL
PAYROLL:
