AN ACT to amend the environmental conservation law, in relation  to  the
  taking of deer in the county of Suffolk

  THE  PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK, REPRESENTED IN SENATE AND ASSEM-
BLY, DO ENACT AS FOLLOWS:

  Section 1. Item (h) of paragraph a of subdivision 2 of section 11-0907
of the environmental conservation law, as amended by section 14 of  part
EE of chapter 55 of the laws of 2014, is amended to read as follows:

(h) Suffolk County        Deer of either sex       long bow only
                          Second Monday in
                          November through
                          [December] MARCH thirty-first

  S  2.  Item  (h) of paragraph a of subdivision 2 of section 11-0907 of
the environmental conservation law, as amended by section 15 of part  EE
of chapter 55 of the laws of 2014, is amended to read as follows:

(h) Suffolk County        Deer of either sex       long bow only
                          Second Monday in
                          November through
                          [December] MARCH thirty-first

  S  3.  This  act shall take effect immediately, provided, however, the
amendments to item (h) of  paragraph  a  of  subdivision  2  of  section
11-0907  of  the  environmental  conservation law made by section one of
