   referred to the Committee on Ways and Means
 
 AN ACT making an appropriation to the "Frank K. Skartados Living Trust",
   on behalf of the late Frank K. Skartados, member of the Assembly  from
   the  104th  assembly  district,  the  balance due of his unpaid annual
   compensation for the portion of the year 2018

   THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK, REPRESENTED IN SENATE AND  ASSEM-
 BLY, DO ENACT AS FOLLOWS:
 
   Section  1. The sum of sixty-three thousand six hundred and ninety-two
 dollars and thirty-two cents ($63,692.32) is hereby appropriated out  of
 any  moneys  in  the general fund of the state treasury to the credit of
 the state purposes account not otherwise appropriated,  for  payment  to
 the  trust  referred  to  as  the  "Frank K. Skartados Living Trust", on
 behalf of the late Frank K. Skartados, a member of the Assembly from the
 104th assembly district, who died on the fifteenth day of  April,  2018,
 for  the  balance due of the unpaid annual compensation which would have
 been earned by him had he continued to live and  serve  as  such  member
 until December 31, 2018. The amount hereby appropriated shall be payable
 to  the  trust  referred to as the "Frank K. Skartados Living Trust", on
 the audit and warrant of the  comptroller  on  a  voucher  certified  or
 approved in the manner prescribed by law.
   § 2. This act shall take effect immediately.
