S T A T E O F N E W Y O R K ________________________________________________________________________ 11044 I N A S S E M B L Y May 31, 2018 ___________ Introduced by COMMITTEE ON RULES -- (at request of M. of A. Schimminger) -- (at request of the Empire State Development) -- read once and referred to the Committee on Economic Development AN ACT to amend the general municipal law, in relation to the local administration of empire zones THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK, REPRESENTED IN SENATE AND ASSEM- BLY, DO ENACT AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. The opening paragraph of subdivision (f) of section 963 of the general municipal law, as amended by section 8 of part S-1 of chap- ter 57 of the laws of 2009, is amended to read as follows: All certified businesses, WITH THE EXCEPTION OF THOSE WHOSE BENEFIT PERIOD AS A QEZE BUSINESS ENTERPRISE HAS EXPIRED, are required to provide a certified annual report to the local zone administration board which report shall include but not be limited to the following: § 2. This act shall take effect immediately. EXPLANATION--Matter in ITALICS (underscored) is new; matter in brackets [ ] is old law to be omitted. LBD14355-01-8
