S T A T E O F N E W Y O R K ________________________________________________________________________ 7686 2017-2018 Regular Sessions I N A S S E M B L Y May 9, 2017 ___________ Introduced by M. of A. PRETLOW -- read once and referred to the Commit- tee on Racing and Wagering AN ACT to amend the racing, pari-mutuel wagering and breeding law, in relation to the distribution of surcharges on off-track winnings THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK, REPRESENTED IN SENATE AND ASSEM- BLY, DO ENACT AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. Subparagraph (vi) of paragraph b of subdivision 3 of section 532 of the racing, pari-mutuel wagering and breeding law, as amended by chapter 437 of the laws of 2012, is amended to read as follows: (vi) for the period of September first, two thousand [twelve] SEVEN- TEEN until August thirty-first, two thousand [seventeen] TWENTY-TWO and where the track conducting the race on which the bet was placed is a harness track located in the county of Erie, to such track. § 2. This act shall take effect September 1, 2017. EXPLANATION--Matter in ITALICS (underscored) is new; matter in brackets [ ] is old law to be omitted. LBD11358-01-7
