 Introduced by Sen. MARCHIONE -- (at request of the Empire State Develop-
   ment)  --  read  twice  and  ordered  printed,  and when printed to be
   committed to the Committee on Local Government
 
 AN ACT to amend the general municipal law,  in  relation  to  the  local
   administration of empire zones
 
   THE  PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK, REPRESENTED IN SENATE AND ASSEM-
 BLY, DO ENACT AS FOLLOWS:
 
   Section 1. The opening paragraph of subdivision (f) of section 963  of
 the  general municipal law, as amended by section 8 of part S-1 of chap-
 ter 57 of the laws of 2009, is amended to read as follows:
   All certified businesses, WITH THE EXCEPTION OF  THOSE  WHOSE  BENEFIT
 PERIOD  AS  A  QEZE  BUSINESS  ENTERPRISE  HAS  EXPIRED, are required to
 provide a certified annual report to the local zone administration board
 which report shall include but not be limited to the following:
