 AN ACT to repeal section 16 of the general business law relating to  the
   prohibition of barbering on Sunday
 
   THE  PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK, REPRESENTED IN SENATE AND ASSEM-
 BLY, DO ENACT AS FOLLOWS:

   Section 1. Section 16 of the general business law is REPEALED.
