 Introduced  by Sens. GALLIVAN, AKSHAR, HELMING -- read twice and ordered
   printed, and when printed to be committed to the Committee  on  Trans-

 AN  ACT  to  amend  the  vehicle and traffic law, in relation to certain
   registrations of vehicles
 
   THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK, REPRESENTED IN SENATE AND  ASSEM-
 BLY, DO ENACT AS FOLLOWS:
 
   Section  1.  The  eighth  undesignated  paragraph  of paragraph (f) of
 subdivision 15 of section 385 of the vehicle and traffic law, as amended
 by section 4 of part C of chapter 59 of the laws of 2004, is amended  to
 read as follows:
   The  department  of  transportation  may issue a seasonal agricultural
 permit in accordance with subparagraphs (i),  (ii)  and  (iii)  of  this
 paragraph  that  will  be  valid  [for four consecutive months] FROM THE
 FIRST OF APRIL TO THE ELEVENTH OF NOVEMBER with a fee equal to  one-half
 the annual permit fees established under this subdivision.
   § 2. This act shall take effect immediately.
