BILL NUMBER: S3059 SPONSOR: ADDABBO TITLE OF BILL: An act to amend the alcoholic beverage control law, in relation to establishing the hours during which alcoholic beverages may be sold on certain international airport property PURPOSE OR GENERAL IDEA OF BILL: Establishes the hours during which alcoholic beverages may be sold on international airport property owned or operated by the Port Authority of NY and NJ SUMMARY OF PROVISIONS: Paragraph (b) of subdivision 5 of section 106 of the alcoholic beverage control law, as amended by chapter 83 of the laws of 1995, is amended.

ADDABBO -- read twice and ordered printed, and when printed to be committed to the Committee on Investigations and Govern- ment Operations AN ACT to amend the alcoholic beverage control law, in relation to establishing the hours during which alcoholic beverages may be sold on certain international airport property THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK, REPRESENTED IN SENATE AND ASSEM- BLY, DO ENACT AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. Paragraph (b) of subdivision 5 of section 106 of the alco- holic beverage control law, as amended by chapter 83 of the laws of 1995, is amended to read as follows: (b) On any other day between four ante meridiem and eight ante meri- diem; PROVIDED, HOWEVER, ON PREMISES LOCATED WITHIN AN INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT OWNED OR OPERATED BY THE PORT AUTHORITY OF NEW YORK AND NEW JERSEY, ON ANY OTHER DAY BETWEEN THREE ANTE MERIDIEM AND SIX ANTE MERI- DIEM. § 2. This act shall take effect immediately. EXPLANATION--Matter in ITALICS (underscored) is new; matter in brackets [ ] is old law to be omitted. LBD08998-01-9
