 Introduced  by Sen. HARCKHAM -- read twice and ordered printed, and when
   printed to be committed to the Committee on Rules
 
 AN ACT in relation to designating a portion of the state highway  system
   as the "Putnam County Workers Memorial Bridge"
 
   THE  PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK, REPRESENTED IN SENATE AND ASSEM-
 BLY, DO ENACT AS FOLLOWS:

   Section 1. Notwithstanding any other law, ruling, regulation, determi-
 nation or order, the MTA Metro-North Railroad-owned bridge  on  Prospect
 Hill road, just south of the Southeast station, crossing the Harlem Line
 tracks  and parts of MTA Metro-North Railroad's Brewster Yard within the
 town of Southeast, county of Putnam, shall be designated  and  known  as
 the "Putnam County Workers Memorial Bridge".
   § 2. This act shall take effect immediately.
