 AN ACT relating to authorizing the district superintendent of the  East-
   port-South Manor central school district to adjust the improper appor-
   tionment  of  the  school tax levy which occurred in the 2019-2020 tax
   year over the next two tax years (2020-2021 and 2021-2022)  and  vali-
   dating  certain  acts  by  the  Eastport-South  Manor  central  school
   district in connection with adjustment of the  improper  apportionment
   of the school tax levy in 2019-2020
 
   THE  PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK, REPRESENTED IN SENATE AND ASSEM-
 BLY, DO ENACT AS FOLLOWS:
 
   Section 1. Notwithstanding the provisions of subdivision 3 of  section
 1314 of the real property tax law providing for the district superinten-
 dent  to  adjust the school tax levy the following year for the improper
 apportionment based upon a mathematical error, the district  superinten-
 dent  of  the  Eastport-South  Manor  central  school  district shall be
 authorized to adjust the improper apportionment of the school  tax  levy
 which  occurred  in  the  2019-2020 tax year over the next two tax years
 (2020-2021 and 2021-2022).
   § 2. All the acts done and proceedings heretofore  had  and  taken  or
 caused  to  be  had and taken by the Eastport-South Manor central school
 district and by  all  officers,  employees  or  agents  of  such  school
 district  relating  to  or in connection with adjustment of the improper
 apportionment of the school tax levy in 2019-2020, and  all  acts  inci-
 dental  thereto are hereby legalized, validated, ratified and confirmed,
 notwithstanding the failure to comply with the provisions of subdivision
 3 of section 1314 of the real property tax law or any other law  or  any
