S T A T E O F N E W Y O R K ________________________________________________________________________ 7179 2021-2022 Regular Sessions I N A S S E M B L Y April 27, 2021 ___________ Introduced by M. of A. WEINSTEIN -- (at request of the Empire State Development) -- read once and referred to the Committee on Ways and Means AN ACT to amend chapter 20 of the laws of 2015, appropriating money for certain municipal corporations and school districts, in relation to the effectiveness thereof THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK, REPRESENTED IN SENATE AND ASSEM- BLY, DO ENACT AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. Section 4 of subpart H of part C of chapter 20 of the laws of 2015, appropriating money for certain municipal corporations and school districts, is amended to read as follows: § 4. This act shall take effect immediately [and shall expire and be deemed repealed by July 1, 2025]. § 2. This act shall take effect immediately. EXPLANATION--Matter in ITALICS (underscored) is new; matter in brackets [ ] is old law to be omitted. LBD10246-01-1
