 AN  ACT  to  amend  the  administrative code of the city of New York, in
   relation to overnight school bus parking on city streets
 
   THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK, REPRESENTED IN SENATE AND  ASSEM-
 BLY, DO ENACT AS FOLLOWS:

   Section  1. The administrative code of the city of New York is amended
 by adding a new section 19-610 to read as follows:
   § 19-610 OVERNIGHT PARKING ON A CITY STREET. NO SCHOOL BUS OPERATED BY
 OR PURSUANT TO A CONTRACT WITH THE BOARD OF EDUCATION FOR TRANSPORTATION
 OF STUDENTS TO OR FROM PUBLIC SCHOOLS SHALL PARK  OVERNIGHT  ON  A  CITY
 STREET.
   § 2. This act shall take effect immediately.
