GALEF -- read once and referred to the Committee on Agriculture AN ACT to amend the agriculture and markets law, in relation to alter- nate generated power source at retail gasoline outlets THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK, REPRESENTED IN SENATE AND ASSEM- BLY, DO ENACT AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. Subparagraph (ii) of paragraph (f) of subdivision 1 of section 192-h of the agriculture and markets law, as added by section 2 of part S of chapter 58 of the laws of 2013, is amended to read as follows: (ii) Lower Mid-Hudson region: Includes PUTNAM, Rockland and Westches- ter counties. § 2. This act shall take effect immediately. EXPLANATION--Matter in ITALICS (underscored) is new; matter in brackets [ ] is old law to be omitted. LBD15198-01-2

GALEF -- read once and referred to the Committee on Agriculture -- committee discharged, bill amended, ordered reprinted as amended and recommitted to said committee AN ACT to amend the agriculture and markets law, in relation to alter- nate generated power source at retail gasoline outlets THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK, REPRESENTED IN SENATE AND ASSEM- BLY, DO ENACT AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. Subparagraph (ii) of paragraph (f) and paragraph (k) of subdivision 1 of section 192-h of the agriculture and markets law, as added by section 2 of part S of chapter 58 of the laws of 2013, are amended to read as follows: (ii) Lower Mid-Hudson region: Includes PUTNAM, Rockland and Westches- ter counties. (k) "Retailer" means any person who owns, operates, or controls a retail outlet that is subject to the requirements of subdivision two of this section, PROVIDED HOWEVER, THAT ANY RETAIL OUTLET LOCATED IN PUTNAM COUNTY SHALL ONLY BE SUBJECT TO THE REQUIREMENTS OF THIS SECTION PROVIDED THAT FUNDING AND PROGRAM SERVICES ARE AVAILABLE FOR SUCH PURPOSES UNDER SUBDIVISIONS TWENTY AND TWENTY-ONE OF SECTION EIGHTEEN HUNDRED FIFTY-FOUR OF THE PUBLIC AUTHORITIES LAW. § 2.
