BURDICK -- read once and referred to the Commit- tee on Ways and Means AN ACT to amend chapter 507 of the laws of 2016, relating to the imposi- tion of an occupancy tax in the village of Harrison, in relation to extending the effectiveness thereof THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK, REPRESENTED IN SENATE AND ASSEM- BLY, DO ENACT AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. Section 2 of chapter 507 of the laws of 2016, relating to the imposition of an occupancy tax in the village of Harrison, as amended by chapter 205 of the laws of 2019, is amended to read as follows: § 2. This act shall take effect immediately and shall expire and be deemed repealed September 1, [2022] 2025. § 2. This act shall take effect immediately. EXPLANATION--Matter in ITALICS (underscored) is new; matter in brackets [ ] is old law to be omitted. LBD13468-01-1
