 AN ACT to amend the racing, pari-mutuel wagering and  breeding  law,  in
   relation to the distribution of surcharges on off-track winnings
 
   THE  PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK, REPRESENTED IN SENATE AND ASSEM-
 BLY, DO ENACT AS FOLLOWS:

   Section 1. Subparagraph (vi)  of  paragraph  b  of  subdivision  3  of
 section  532  of  the  racing, pari-mutuel wagering and breeding law, as
 amended by chapter 243 of the laws  of  2020,  is  amended  to  read  as
 follows:
   (vi) for the period of September first, two thousand [seventeen] TWEN-
 TY-TWO until August thirty-first, two thousand [twenty-two] TWENTY-SEVEN
 and where the track conducting the race on which the bet was placed is a
 harness track located in the county of Erie, to such track.
   § 2. This act shall take effect September 1, 2022.
