 Introduced  by Sens. HOYLMAN, JACKSON, KRUEGER -- read twice and ordered
   printed, and when printed to be committed to the Committee on Cities 1
 
 AN ACT providing that the Empire Station Complex project and the  Empire
   Penn  Expansion  shall  be  subject  to  and  shall  comply  with  the
   provisions of New York City's Uniform Land Use Review Procedure

   THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK, REPRESENTED IN SENATE AND  ASSEM-
 BLY, DO ENACT AS FOLLOWS:
 
   Section  1. Notwithstanding any law, rule or regulation to the contra-
 ry, the Empire Station Complex project and  the  Empire  Penn  Expansion
 shall  be  subject  to  and shall comply with the provisions of New York
 City's Uniform Land Use Review Procedure.
   § 2. This act shall take effective immediately.
