GAUGHRAN -- read twice and ordered printed, and when printed to be committed to the Committee on Housing, Construction and Community Development AN ACT to amend the executive law, in relation to the International Swimming Pool and Spa Code THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK, REPRESENTED IN SENATE AND ASSEM- BLY, DO ENACT AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. Section 375 of the executive law is amended by adding a new subdivision 9 to read as follows: 9. TO CONDUCT AND COMPLETE A STUDY OF SUCCESSFULLY IMPLEMENTING CURRENT INTERNATIONAL SWIMMING POOL AND SPA CODE SHOULD AN ACT OF THE LEGISLATURE BECOME LAW REQUIRING SUCH CODE BE ENACTED. THIS STUDY SHALL TAKE EFFECT WITHIN ONE HUNDRED EIGHTY DAYS OF THE EFFECTIVE DATE OF THIS ACT. § 2. This act shall take effect immediately.
