STEWART-COUSINS -- read twice and ordered printed, and when printed to be committed to the Committee on Investigations and Government Operations AN ACT to amend chapter 566 of the laws of 2019, authorizing the commissioner of general services to transfer and convey certain state land to the city of New Rochelle, in relation to extending the authority of the commissioner of general services to transfer and convey certain lands to the city of New Rochelle THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK, REPRESENTED IN SENATE AND ASSEM- BLY, DO ENACT AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. Section 6 of chapter 566 of the laws of 2019, authorizing the commissioner of general services to transfer and convey certain state land to the city of New Rochelle, as amended by section 1 of subpart C of part XX of chapter 55 of the laws of 2020, is amended to read as follows: § 6. This act shall take effect immediately; provided however, that the authority of the commissioner of general services to transfer and convey the aforesaid lands and improvements pursuant to this act shall expire [two years after such effective date] DECEMBER 31, 2022. § 2. This act shall take effect immediately. EXPLANATION--Matter in ITALICS (underscored) is new; matter in brackets [ ] is old law to be omitted. LBD14154-03-2
