 Introduced by Sens. GALLIVAN, AKSHAR, BORRELLO, JORDAN -- read twice and
   ordered  printed, and when printed to be committed to the Committee on
   Education
 
 AN ACT to amend chapter 396 of the laws of 2012, amending the  education
   law relating to services to out-of-state school districts by boards of
   cooperative educational services, in relation to making the provisions
   thereof permanent
 
   THE  PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK, REPRESENTED IN SENATE AND ASSEM-
 BLY, DO ENACT AS FOLLOWS:
 
   Section 1. Section 4 of chapter 396 of the laws of 2012  amending  the
 education  law  relating to services to out-of-state school districts by
 boards of cooperative educational services, as amended by chapter 67  of
 the laws of 2019, is amended to read as follows:
   §  4.  This act shall take effect immediately [and shall expire and be
 deemed repealed July 1, 2024].
   § 2. This act shall take effect immediately.
