Section 925-t of the general municipal law is REPEALED. § 2. This act shall take effect immediately. DiPIETRO -- read once and referred to the Commit- tee on Local Governments -- committee discharged, bill amended, ordered reprinted as amended and recommitted to said committee AN ACT relating to the town of Concord industrial development agency THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK, REPRESENTED IN SENATE AND ASSEM- BLY, DO ENACT AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. Notwithstanding any other provision of law, the facilities and operations of the town of Concord industrial development agency in Erie county, as established by chapter 629 of the laws of 1980, and as continued by chapter 466 of the laws of 1991, is hereby dissolved. All unexpended funds, liabilities and property of the town of Concord indus- trial development agency shall be transferred to the town of Concord. § 2. This act shall take effect immediately.
