 Introduced  by  Sen.  ORTT  --  read twice and ordered printed, and when
   printed to be committed to the Committee on Local Government
 
 AN ACT to repeal section 926-o of the general municipal law relating  to
   the Town of Niagara industrial development agency; and to transfer any
   books,  records  and  remaining  rights of any dissolved agency to the
   municipality for whose purpose the agency was created
 
   THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK, REPRESENTED IN SENATE AND  ASSEM-
 BLY, DO ENACT AS FOLLOWS:
 
   Section 1. Section 926-o of the general municipal law is REPEALED.
   §  2.  Notwithstanding any other provision of law to the contrary, any
 existing records, property, rights, titles and interest  and  all  obli-
 gations  and  liabilities  of the Town of Niagara industrial development
 agency shall vest in and be possessed by the Town  of  Niagara  and  its
 successors or assigns.
   § 3. This act shall take effect immediately.

 AN ACT relating to the dissolution of the  Town  of  Niagara  industrial
   development agency and the disposition of the assets thereof
 
   THE  PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK, REPRESENTED IN SENATE AND ASSEM-
 BLY, DO ENACT AS FOLLOWS:
 
   Section 1. Notwithstanding any other provision of law, the  facilities
 and  operations  of the Town of Niagara industrial development agency in
 Niagara county, as established by chapter 73 of the  laws  of  1984,  is
 hereby dissolved.  All unexpended funds, liabilities and property of the
 Town  of  Niagara  industrial development agency shall be transferred to
 the Town of Niagara.
   § 2. This act shall take effect immediately.
