HARCKHAM -- read twice and ordered printed, and when printed to be committed to the Committee on Transportation AN ACT directing the commissioner of transportation to waive an annual security deposit fee THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK, REPRESENTED IN SENATE AND ASSEM- BLY, DO ENACT AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. Notwithstanding any provision of law to the contrary, the commissioner of transportation shall waive the annual security deposit fee specified in Use and Occupancy Permit No. 82771 issued to the Bedford Hills Fire District, Town of Bedford, Westchester County allow- ing for the use of approximately 4,000 square feet of state land located adjacent to 325 Bedford Road for the purpose of providing exclusive parking for volunteer firefighter members of the Bedford Hills Fire District. The provisions of this act shall not affect or impair any other provision of said Use and Occupancy Permit. § 2. This act shall take effect immediately.
