 AN ACT to amend the state finance law, in relation to  making  technical
   corrections  to  a  definition  for  purposes  of the excelsior linked
   deposit program

   THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK, REPRESENTED IN SENATE AND  ASSEM-
 BLY, DO ENACT AS FOLLOWS:
 
   Section 1.  Subdivision 25 of section 213 of the state finance law, as
 added by chapter 587 of the laws of 2022, is amended to read as follows:
   [25.]  26.  "Certified  service-disabled veteran-owned business enter-
 prise" means any service-disabled veteran-owned business  enterprise  as
 provided for in [section three hundred sixty-nine-h of the executive law
 and  certified  pursuant  to  section  three hundred sixty-nine-i of the
 executive law] ARTICLE THREE OF THE VETERANS' SERVICES LAW.
   § 2.  This act shall take effect immediately.
