BILL NUMBER: S368 SPONSOR: GALLIVAN TITLE OF BILL: An act to repeal section 925-t of the general municipal law, relating to the town of Concord industrial development agency PURPOSE: This legislation will effectuate the delisting of the Town of Concord Industrial Development Agency from the New York State Comptroller's list of active public authorities. SUMMARY OF PROVISIONS: Section 1 of the bill repeals section 925-t of the General Municipal law. Section 2 establishes the effective date. JUSTIFICATION:

S T A T E O F N E W Y O R K ________________________________________________________________________ 368--A 2023-2024 Regular Sessions I N S E N A T E (PREFILED) January 4, 2023 ___________ Introduced by Sen. GALLIVAN -- read twice and ordered printed, and when printed to be committed to the Committee on Local Government -- committee discharged, bill amended, ordered reprinted as amended and recommitted to said committee AN ACT relating to the town of Concord industrial development agency THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK, REPRESENTED IN SENATE AND ASSEM- BLY, DO ENACT AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. Notwithstanding any other provision of law, the facilities and operations of the town of Concord industrial development agency in Erie county, as established by chapter 629 of the laws of 1980, and as continued by chapter 466 of the laws of 1991, is hereby dissolved. All unexpended funds, liabilities and property of the town of Concord indus- trial development agency shall be transferred to the town of Concord. § 2. This act shall take effect immediately.
