MAGNARELLI -- read once and referred to the Committee on Local Governments AN ACT to amend chapter 198 of the laws of 2021, relating to authorizing the use of existing village sewer rents for infrastructure projects other than sewer projects in the village of Baldwinsville, in relation to the effectiveness thereof THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK, REPRESENTED IN SENATE AND ASSEM- BLY, DO ENACT AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. Section 2 of chapter 198 of the laws of 2021, relating to authorizing the use of existing village sewer rents for infrastructure projects other than sewer projects in the village of Baldwinsville, is amended to read as follows: § 2. This act shall take effect on the sixtieth day after it shall have become a law and shall expire and be deemed repealed [one year] FIVE YEARS after such date. § 2. Notwithstanding the provisions of article 5 of the general construction law, the provisions of chapter 198 of the laws of 2021, as amended by section one of this act, are hereby revived and shall contin- ue in full force and effect as such provisions existed on August 29, 2022. § 3. This act shall take effect immediately. EXPLANATION--Matter in ITALICS (underscored) is new; matter in brackets [ ] is old law to be omitted. LBD13029-01-5
