 Introduced  by Sen. MARTINEZ -- read twice and ordered printed, and when
   printed to be committed to the Committee on Local Government
 
 AN ACT relating to the establishment of certain state equalization rates
   for the Farmingdale union free  school  district  and  the  Amityville
   union free school districts

   THE  PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK, REPRESENTED IN SENATE AND ASSEM-
 BLY, DO ENACT AS FOLLOWS:
 
   Section 1. The Farmingdale union free school district and  the  Amity-
 ville  union  free school districts located in both the town of Babylon,
 county of Suffolk, and in the town of Oyster Bay, county of Nassau shall
 update and calculate the level of assessment pursuant to article  16  of
 the real property tax law and article 18 of the real property tax law at
 the same time and on a regular basis.
   § 2. This act shall take effect immediately.
