 Introduced  by  BUDGET  BILL -- (at request of the Budget) -- read twice
   and ordered printed, and when printed to be committed to the Committee
   on Finance
 
 AN ACT to amend a chapter of the laws  of  2025,  enacting  the  aid  to
   localities  budget, as proposed in legislative bills numbers S. 3003-D
   and A.  3003-D, in relation to making technical changes thereto
 
   THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK, REPRESENTED IN SENATE AND  ASSEM-
 BLY, DO ENACT AS FOLLOWS:
 
   Section  1.  Section  1 of a chapter of the laws of 2025, enacting the
 aid to localities budget, as proposed in legislative  bills  numbers  S.
 3003-D  and A. 3003-D, is amended by repealing the items hereinbelow set
 forth in brackets and by adding to such section the other  items  under-
 scored in this section.

 Pursuant  to the following sub-schedule, and
   notwithstanding  any  provisions  to   the
   contrary  contained  in  section  163  and
   section 112 of the state  finance  law  or
   any other law, funding from this appropri-
   ation shall be made available for services
   and  expenses  of  the following community
   nonprofit organizations and  civic  organ-
