 Introduced  by  Sen.  COMRIE -- read twice and ordered printed, and when
   printed to be committed to the Committee on  Energy  and  Telecommuni-
   cations
 
 AN  ACT  to  amend  the public service law, in relation to proposed rate
   changes for gas and electric service
 
   THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK, REPRESENTED IN SENATE AND  ASSEM-
 BLY, DO ENACT AS FOLLOWS:
 
   Section  1.  Clause (C) of subparagraph (i) and clause (D) of subpara-
 graph (ii) of paragraph (l) of subdivision  12  of  section  66  of  the
 public  service  law,  as  added by chapter 333 of the laws of 2024, are
 amended to read as follows:
   (C) the average proposed rate change, INCLUDING THE RESPECTIVE CHANGES
 TO SERVICE AND DELIVERY CHARGES,  for  a  residential,  commercial,  and
 industrial  ratepayer,  including  yearly  or sliding scale breakdown if
 applicable;
   (D) the average rate  change,  INCLUDING  THE  RESPECTIVE  CHANGES  TO
 SERVICE  AND DELIVERY CHARGES, for a residential, commercial, and indus-
 trial ratepayer, including yearly or sliding scale breakdown if applica-
 ble;
   § 2. This act shall take effect on the thirtieth day  after  it  shall
 have become a law.
