 AN ACT to amend the public health law,  in  relation  to  directing  the
   department  of  health,  in  conjunction with other state agencies, to
   establish and maintain a directory webpage locating publicly  accessi-
   ble lactation accommodations in state-owned and state-leased buildings
 
   THE  PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK, REPRESENTED IN SENATE AND ASSEM-
 BLY, DO ENACT AS FOLLOWS:
 
   Section 1. The public health law is amended by adding  a  new  section
 266-a to read as follows:
   §  266-A. PUBLICLY AVAILABLE LACTATION ACCOMMODATIONS DIRECTORY. 1. NO
 LATER THAN ONE YEAR AFTER  THE  EFFECTIVE  DATE  OF  THIS  SECTION,  THE
 DEPARTMENT SHALL CREATE, MAKE AVAILABLE AND MAINTAIN AN INTERNET WEBPAGE
 FOR  THE  PURPOSE  OF  PROVIDING INFORMATION ON THE LOCATION OF PUBLICLY
 ACCESSIBLE LACTATION ACCOMMODATIONS IN STATE-OWNED BUILDINGS  OR  STATE-
 LEASED BUILDINGS. THE DEPARTMENT, IN CONSULTATION WITH OTHER STATE AGEN-
 CIES, SHALL INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING INTO THE WEBPAGE:
   (A)  A  COMPREHENSIVE  STATEWIDE  DIRECTORY OF ALL PUBLICLY ACCESSIBLE
 LACTATION ACCOMMODATIONS IN STATE-OWNED  OR  STATE-LEASED  BUILDINGS  AS
 DETERMINED BY THE COMMISSIONER;
   (B) AN OPERATING SEARCH FUNCTION THAT ALLOWS USERS TO INPUT AN ADDRESS
 TO LOCATE NEAREST PUBLICLY ACCESSIBLE LACTATION ACCOMMODATIONS IN STATE-
 OWNED OR STATE-LEASED BUILDINGS;
   (C)  INFORMATION  ON THE ACCESSIBILITY OF THE LACTATION ACCOMMODATION,
 INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, INFANT CHANGING STATION, WHEELCHAIR ACCES-
 SIBILITY AND POSSIBLE SECURITY CONSTRAINTS;
   (D) INFORMATIONAL WEBPAGES INCLUDING INFORMATION AND RESOURCES OF  THE
 DEPARTMENT  AND  OTHER  STATE AGENCY PROGRAMS AND RESOURCES AVAILABLE TO
 PRENATAL, PREGNANT AND POSTPARTUM INDIVIDUALS; AND
   (E) INFORMATION AVAILABLE IN MULTIPLE  LANGUAGES  IN  ACCORDANCE  WITH
 SECTION TWO HUNDRED TWO-A OF THE EXECUTIVE LAW.
