 Introduced  by  Sen.  CLEARE -- read twice and ordered printed, and when
   printed to be committed to the Committee on Aging
 
 AN ACT to amend the elder law, in relation to authorizing the office for
   the aging to establish, operate and maintain programs for  transporta-
   tion services
 
   THE  PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK, REPRESENTED IN SENATE AND ASSEM-
 BLY, DO ENACT AS FOLLOWS:
 
   Section 1. Paragraphs (e) and (f) of subdivision 2 of section  203  of
 the  elder  law  are amended and a new paragraph (g) is added to read as
 follows:
   (e) operation of multi-service centers; [and]
   (f) retired senior volunteer programs[.]; AND
   (G) TRANSPORTATION SERVICES.
   § 2. This act shall take effect on the thirtieth day  after  it  shall
