    SECTION 1410

    Designation of newspapers

    Abandoned Property (ABP) CHAPTER 1, ARTICLE 14

    § 1410. Designation of newspapers. Any notice required by this chapter
    shall be published in such newspapers as shall be designated by the
    state comptroller, except that in no case shall a notice be published in
    a newspaper other than one specified in the section requiring such
    publication.
