Waiver of publication
Abandoned Property (ABP) CHAPTER 1, ARTICLE 14
§ 1411. Waiver of publication. The state comptroller may waive the
publication of any notice required by this chapter, except a notice
required by section fourteen hundred two, whenever in his opinion the
cost of publishing such notice would be unreasonable in relation to the
amount of abandoned property.
