    SECTION 146-D

    Rules and regulations

    Agriculture & Markets (AGM) CHAPTER 69, ARTICLE 10

    § 146-d. Rules and regulations. The commissioner is hereby authorized,
    after public hearing, to adopt, promulgate and issue such rules and
    regulations as he may deem necessary to supplement, carry out and give
    full force and effect to the provisions of this article.
