    Agriculture & Markets (AGM) CHAPTER 69, ARTICLE 17

    § 214-a. Samples. The commissioner is hereby empowered to enact,
    amend and repeal rules prescribing the number, nature and size of
    samples of food to be taken in the enforcement of this article.
