Deposit of money
Agriculture & Markets (AGM) CHAPTER 69, ARTICLE 3
§ 40-a. Deposit of money. The commissioner is hereby authorized and
directed to deposit all money recovered or received by the department in
satisfaction of penalties assessed for violations of this chapter and
rules and regulations promulgated pursuant thereto to the credit of the
general fund.
