    Use of false brand prohibited

    Agriculture & Markets (AGM) CHAPTER 69, ARTICLE 4

    § 68. Use of false brand prohibited. No person shall offer, sell or
    expose for sale, in any package, butter or cheese which is falsely
    branded or labeled.
