    SECTION 73-A

    Unlawful sale of tuberculous cattle

    Agriculture & Markets (AGM) CHAPTER 69, ARTICLE 5

    § 73-a. Unlawful sale of tuberculous cattle. A person who knowingly
    sells, except under the supervision of the commissioner of agriculture
    and markets, any bovine animal in which tuberculosis shall have been
    indicated as a result of the tuberculin test, is guilty of a
    misdemeanor.
