    SECTION 82

    Appraisers

    Agriculture & Markets (AGM) CHAPTER 69, ARTICLE 5

    § 82. Appraisers. The commissioner may employ from time to time
    appraisers of condemned animals. The chief or any assistant veterinarian
    shall have all the powers of any appraiser of condemned animals under
    this article.
