§ 928. Salary of district attorneys. Each of the district attorneys
of the counties of New York, Bronx, Kings, Queens and Richmond shall
receive an annual salary of not less than the compensation received by a
justice of the supreme court in the county in which he has been elected
or is serving together with such additional allowances or compensation
as shall hereafter be provided by state and/or local law.
