    SECTION 263

    Oath of witnesses

    Correction (COR) CHAPTER 43, ARTICLE 11

    § 263. Oath of witnesses. The governor or a person designated by him
    to conduct a hearing in a matter pertaining to an application for
    clemency, shall have power to administer an oath to a person brought
    before him.
