    Form and service of subpoena; witness fees

    Correction (COR) CHAPTER 43, ARTICLE 11

    § 264. Form and service of subpoena; witness fees. A subpoena, or
    subpoena duces tecum, issued in conformity with the provisions of this
    article, shall be signed by the governor's secretary, and be attested by
    the privy seal of the state. A subpoena issued under this section shall
    be regulated by the civil practice law and rules.
