    SECTION 605-A

    Transportation of female incarcerated individuals

    Correction (COR) CHAPTER 43, ARTICLE 22

    § 605-a. Transportation of female incarcerated individuals. Whenever
    any female incarcerated individual is conveyed to an institution under
    the jurisdiction of the state department of corrections and community
    supervision pursuant to sentence or commitment, such female incarcerated
    individual shall be accompanied by at least one female officer.
